  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Had our first big snowfall of the season and first with the G2 and she handled it like a boss! Changing lanes was effortless and I was surprised on how well it stopped considering the weight of that V8. The AWD was outstanding and had me through intersections in a straight line while others were slip-sliding all over. Nice to have yet another reason to love my Genny!

You will love it. I assume you had snow tires all around? I had all last winter to test and have fun. I also have a snowmobile and believe me there is no contest. LOL. My snowmobile packs about 220HP and weights around 700lbs. If I was younger you can bet I would be into Snow Biking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1c6W8xbF_s&feature=youtu.be

I am just pissed off at you for being able to get the v8 with AWD. I hate you.

Seriously though, glad its performing so well for you!

@Midnightsun yes I have Michelin X-Ice all around on 18"s.

@huddleston you can always move to Canada. Free health care, real beer and G2 V8 AWD. Just bring your USD cuz CAD is worth about $0.72USD. That's about a 30% discount on a G2!

I'm not an Arkansas boy Mark.

I was born in Iceland while my father was in the military. We lived in Germany, VA, and NC while growing up. I attended college in Arkansas and grad school in NC.

I worked and lived in various states and countries before moving back to Northwest Arkansas in 2011 to work for Wal-Mart.

It's actually one of the fastest growing parts of the country given that the worlds largest retailer calls this area home in addition to Tyson Foods and JB Hunt.

Far cry from country boy I'm afraid.

Whew. Good thing I didn't mention some other stuff about Canada. How about no Bluelink in Canada. Does that help?

Back in the 1980's I had to live in Bartlesville OK for 1.5 years, which is not too far from Bentonville (physically and spiritually). At the time, I had a very neatly trimmed beard, and most people in that area thought I was a communist because of that.

My favorite Fayetteville moment was December 6, 1969, my freshman year in college, when #1 Texas beat #2 Arkansas 15-14 for the national championship (awarded before the bowl games back then). Texas trailed 14-0 at start of the 4th quarter. It was a regular season game when they were both in the Southwest Conference. President Nixon, in attendance at the game, awarded Texas a national championship plaque.

Do they still have a limit on the number of US publications (newspapers, magazines, etc) that can be sold in Canada?

Not aware of a limit? Dunno who still buys publications anyways.

We do have limits on US tv content but that is being relaxed by the regulators.

I think at one time there was a limit on the number of magazines, but as you say, no one buys them anymore since you can read them online.

Also, I think free trade agreements have caused the relaxations, and in exchange we buy all your oil and timber.
