I HAVE LEASED a 2009 Genesis 4.6 and a 2012 R Spec from this Wisconsin store. Sales staff were informed and helpful both times. Service OK and they had to do battle with a regional service person whose mantra was 'the customer knows nothing and can be dazzled by BS'. Worked through that issue! I have recommended Gentile Hyundai to many. Good operation, excellent people and quality vehicle. Am having probem now ( lost item ) with national office in California, but that doesn't in any way detract from excellence of local dealership. It seems to me that the individual stores are not meaningfully supported up the food chain of the Hyundai organization. That doesn't bode well for the Genesis/Equus lines. Just like the Army where my unit is only as good as its weakest element.
