Yes. All dead. I would hope so, at least. I’d hate to do an autopsy on a living person. That’s murder.

I’m the odd ball in my specialty. Pathology has something like 26 different subspecialties within it. Forensics (my subspecialty) is really the only one focused on autopsy. Only perinatal pathology does a significant number as well. The art of hospital autopsy is pretty much dead outside of residency training centers.
