Ok, new problem....

The doom lights in the REAR are blinking when the the car is off and the driver door is open.

if I close the door, no problem.

if the car is running, no problem.

Front doom lights work fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks dataguy, Glad to hear I am not alone, but sorry to see no one has figured this out .

I will dig into the electrical this weekend and see what I can find.
