In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. We've all seen the horror story dealership experience threads, but what about posting positive experiences as to direct others where to go to get work done on their cars while being treated with appreciation? Let's flip the script! Instead of using the forum for complaining about problems, let's post some joy and solutions! Every car needs service at some point, let's just make it less painful!
1) State the dealership name
2) Geographical location
3) What you had done and what they recommended
4) Why you were happy with the service experience
 
Modern Genesis, Concord (Charlotte) NC. Selling dealer. Salesman was throughly knowledgeable about the vehicle. No pressure. Remembered me from first visit two months before. Well dressed and formal and polite.

Service: Investigated issue with bass speaker under seats. Offered to pull seats to go deeper but I declined (This is apparently an audio/electronics design issue. Not a failure.)
Service manager gave me his card, said do not call the 800 number as that is central call center for multi dealership family. Call his line.
Oil change, service was perfect with mature female driver delivering the loan car, a G70, and calling on her return to confirm my rendezvous. Clean, spacious service area. Nothing to improve, really. Real difference from other Genesis dealer in town which is volume, volume, volume feeling.
 
I've had good service experiences with, believe it or not, Automax Killeen (Killeen, Texas), and they're not even an exclusive Genesis dealer (this isn't where I purchased my car, but is a ~30 minute drive from Georgetown, TX). Their facilities are spotless and even have a TV viewing room with theater seating. I have one guy I talk to whenever I take my car up there for service, and he's the only one allowed to handle Genesis.
 
I've had nothing but fantastic service from Clarington Hyundai in Bowmanville Ontario Canada.

From my very first oil change to my most recent service it's been stellar.

When I call, I don't even have to say who I am, the caller ID shows the number, they immediately punch the number into their database, then transfer me to the service dept.
"Hi Mr. xxxxxx, how can we do for you today?" I explain what I'd like done. "This is for your 2010 Genesis 3.8 Sedan correct?" I literally don't have to mention who I am or what car it is, they already know. They recommend some other things as well (to be expected) I say I'll pass on some of those for now and they mention they'll jot it down on the work order so I can look it over and plan for the services down the road. I've brought my own parts in and they've installed them with no reservations. They also provide a video portal for when the mechanic is doing their inspection so you can see what they find as a potential issue or that everything is good to go. They're always to the minute with their estimations of service time and to the dollar regarding the estimated cost. The car goes in right away at the time of the appointment.

The service manager also follows up via email to ensure that everything went well and if not, they'd like your feedback on what to improve.
It's very hard to think of anything to improve on when you put that much effort into customer appreciation.
