The website only has options for 2017 to 2020 model year. It doesn't have model year for 2012 .

That is a Genesis web site. You have a Hyundai Genesis. Try it this way

Is anyone else getting an error page when they try to click on the Instructions for Download link? I just bought my 2012 last monday and apparently it has never been updated. The current map update says 2011.

You have to go to the dealer for your update. Not worth it at all... just keep using WAZE.

I don't think that any update downloads are available right now. They keep promising that they will be available in the middle of the month, but the month keeps changing. I think they they took all the downloads (< V14) down a few months ago. They say that downloads will be back when V14.5 hits.

Thank you. That sucks because it looks like it hasn't been updated since being manufactured in 2011.

I would love to use WAZE or Android Auto. I miss them both. I have been told that neither are compatible with the 2012 Genesis Tech Package.

Sorry Greg, What I meant was keep the Genesis nav system (cause it looks cool but totally sucks regarding updates) slap your phone on to the dash with a magnet mount and use that for your navigation. The updates only add waypoints and new streets but don't update the hardware. Save your money and buy a big phone instead.

Ahhhh I see. Thank you. I thought there was more to the update like adding Android Auto or something. I really appreciate it. I will just buy one of those mounts. I am getting pretty used to the Technology pkg navigation. I have a full time job and I drive for Uber Eats, GrubHub, and Doordash on the side for fun because you can never really have too much extra money. I will have to buy the mount and use the phone when I am delivering because entering addresses into the stock GPS looks like a pain in the butt.
