After 9 weeks of trouble-free ownership of my GV70 EV, I suddenly developed two problems. First, I couldn't connect to my car via the mobile app. Second, my Nav system kept giving me an unable to plot route message when i tried to put a location in. I called Genesis, got connected to a support person who was very patient in dealing with my hearing problem and walked me through getting reconnected. When the call was dropped, she called back and then led me through how to deal with the Nav update problem *. Nav is working and I'm very pleased with the support I received.
* The Updater app does not have an entry for the GV70 EV so I kept getting, "your vehicle is not registered" messages. I had to go in as Guest and select GV70 to get the update downloaded onto my USB device."
