  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Any tips on easily cleaning the grill? I used a microfiber wash mitt (for the whole car), and it didn't get "in there". Thinking some kind of brush, but not too harsh. Any ideas?

I do a burn-off after any cook that generates slop. Once it's cool I wire brush off the racks and any of the black and hardened material is in the inside. Have a glass door so when it gets a lot of smoke on it I clean that off so I can see what's going on on the inside.
At the same time, I'll clean off the temp probe that's in there. I use a standard oven cleaner for that. Sometimes there's slop that gets on the outside so I use an oven cleaner for that too. To clear the dust and debris out of the inside I just wheel the smoker to the edge of the driveway, open the door facing the side yard and then fire up my leaf blower that has an adjustable throttle, that seems to do the trick for me. There are many more tricks in different articles. like You can scrape the grill with a nylon brush and the pan with Dawn and water. Wipe clean with paper towels.
