Grinding seat motor sound w/ Easy Access

I have a 2011 3.8 with Tech/Nav. When using the Easy Access mode (which moves the steering wheel up and the drivers' seat back), the motor in my driver's seat makes an awful grinding/straining sound. Almost like the motor is dying or underpowered. (Hey - I only weigh 210lbs ).

Anyone else have this problem?

Maybe it's a subliminal diet motivator?

According to the owners manual, the maximum weight for the driver's seat is 200 lbs.

If it is, it ain't working for me. My weight is north of yours, and my seat doesn't seem to have any complaints, or else it's suffering in silence...
