Grumble on accelerating

Had air filter changed at dealer. Since then she I’m cruising and accelerate there is a grumble sound that was not there before. Help

If it started with the dealer changing the filter, I'd check with him. At least take a look to see the air duct is attached and did not fall off.

I would definitely check that the air filter box is closed up properly. What you are describing sounds like it could be induction noise. This is likely being that the filter was recently replaced. The air box can be tricky; The top of the box needs to have its tabs inserted first/properly before the back is locked into place.
