Looking for some guidance / advice on this one. Our 2023 GV70 EV has been at the dealership for repairs since mid-February. To make a long story very short, what started as a bunch of errors and the safety features no longer working, turned into months of replacing part after part and bringing an engineer in 4-5 times only to have an error return every time. We have tried being patient, even as Genesis corporate refuses to reimburse us for the rental car we had to use the first month while waiting on a loaner (policy is apparently to not reimburse until repairs are done). We've had a 3.5T and a 2.5T GV70 as loaners for the past five months and are spending a ridiculous amount on gas. It was nice to not put miles on our own car, but we bought an EV for a reason, including upgrading our electrical panel at our house in order to install a charger in our garage. The dealership seems to be doing what they can and are keeping us updated, but this is really starting to feel like it's going nowhere and we're pretty tired of spending to fill up two cars (dealership keeps saying they have no EVs for loaners). We have a corporate rep but she seems to struggle getting updates from the dealership so that's been pretty useless.
Has anyone been through anything similar? What's the best route for escalation here?
