I can’t start or unlock my week old GV70 even with the little key that I inserted in the handle

Check your key fob’s battery! It may be dead. If it is, unless you replace it, you won’t be able to use it for the mentioned reasons. You’ll have to use the finger print reader to start your car, if equipped. The little key is just to get inside of your vehicle.

Genesis has no road side help.

The service desk st the dealership asked me to come in, hello I can’t open the door!

Do you really own a GV70? Any Genesis comes with 24/7 roadside assistance for 5 years, so you still have 4 years and 50 weeks left on this free service.

I contacted the Dealer the Fairfield Genesis and they didn’t give a damn. Said bring the car in to service.. Hello I can’t get in the car as doors are locked

So you just said the same thing twice and totally disregarded the two comments above to call Genesis roadside service. They even gave the phone number. If you don’t want the advice, why post?

Genesis has 24/7 roadside asst, who said it doesn’t have it? I also got mine at Fairfield, they have been great to work with.
