GV70 - nasty smell when running AC

It seems like it's finally time to spray some Lysol into my vents as the smell is really moldy when I use my AC. However, I'm truly puzzled by the location of the outside vents.

Is this the only area from where air gets into the cabin? It's weird as on other cards there were rather large areas vs this one tiny hole.

TLDR: is there the place where I should spray some Lysol in?

UPD: it's a small little area in between two windshield wipers

Better check to see if your AC evaporator discharge hose is clogged up.

That sweaty sock smell is quite normal unfortunately. Almost every vehicle I have had develops this in no time. But usually only occurs if you have AC on and then turn it off, not while AC is running. I used to do the Lysol thing as well periodically. However, If yours smells while AC is on, then suggest you have a more serious issue.
