  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I am looking to downsize my OEM 21in Wheels to 19 in for the Winter. I noticed a set of 19 in OEM Wheels from a GV60, would that fit on a GV70 as well? Maybe just replace the tires size.? I just really want the OEM mags. Thank you

Yes, GV60 wheels can fit your GV70 as both share the same bolt pattern and center bore.

The key is the tire size. You must use the correct GV70 19-inch tire size to ensure your speedometer and systems work properly.

For a GV70, that tire size is 255/50R19. If the GV60 wheels have a different size, you will need to swap the tires.

They'll bolt on and most likely have no clearance issues. However, the GV60 is on the E-GMP pure electric platform. The GV70 OTOH is based on a descendent of the original Genesis sedan RWD chassis. See the differences here:

The GV60 OEM 19's are 7.5Jx19 ET49.5, whereas your GV70's OEM 21's are 8.5Jx21 ET54.5, so you should be fine. That said, GV70's that come stock with OEM 19's are actually running 8Jx19 ET39, with 15.5mm less offset, so there might be a factory suspension tuning reason for that. If you're running winter tires on them, you're not going to be tearing up the twisties, so I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
