GV80 3.5L Base for $65K-ish out the door... rip off or decent deal?

Hey everyone hoping I can catch a break here before i commit to something stupid.

GV80 3.5L base model $58K ($2K under MSRP) + taxes and fees, which total about $65K. Is this a good deal? I've checked about 2 dealers near me and they had roughly the same deal. Any advice would be appreciated.

Considering what others have been paying 2K under does not seem so bad. Try to work on some of the fees though. Most are good money makers for the dealer.

There are often charges for dealer prep and paperwork aside from the actual registration cost. Look over the entire list.
