Trying to update navigation software (October release) on 25 GV80 coupe, and getting this message. Anyone else having trouble with the update?

I tried different usb drives, all64gb. Tried redownloading software, and every time getting this error.
 
Did the original software work after the error message? Did you have engine running whilst updating the software? My update worked without a problem.

Hey, thanks for your reply. Yes, the engine was running and I couldn’t get it done. The message comes up after 30 minutes every time I try.
