I'm waiting for the Black Friday sale to be announced

I don't do Black Friday because unless I'm mistaken, I'm pretty sure everything in my store for the lowest price available anywhere. There are some items that have a minimum that you cannot sell any lower for - but most items I price as low as I possibly can.
