  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Genesis Model Type
2G Genesis Sedan (2015-2016)
I have had my 2015 Genesis for 10 months now. Everything worked fine. All of a sudden, a few weeks ago the handsfree stopped working. I can accept the call, the caller can hear me, but I can't hear them. The sound will not come through the car. If I switch to private it does come through my I Phone. My IPhone is connected and displays Genesis as the connection. I know the speaker in the car works because I can play my music from my phone via Bluetooth with no problem. The NAVI talks just fine. This happens to both me and my husband with two different phones. No matter who calls, the sound won't come through the car speakers. This is one of the few features that I use in this car and the most basic safety feature, to me. I am so frustrated. Can anyone help?

...I always start with the simple stuff - are you sure the volume is turned up?
