Happy 2016 Gen Coupe Owner

Hello - I am a happy 2016 Gen coupe owner. I bought the 3.8L Ultimate package with the 6 speed manual transmission. Currently I am noticing a very loud "thud or clunk" type noise from the power windows when opening at the end of its travel. This happens to both windows. both windows started at the same time (I think). The dealership said that this normal but I do not think so as it did not do this for the first 6 years of ownwership.

Any thought/help to correct this issue would be appreciated.
