Hard shifting to D on clod starts, atf warmer bypassed

Hi,
I have a 2015 5.0
I took the car from my brother, it has some issues
Mainly, on cold start (18-20)c• it takes 3-4 sec to shift the car into drive, the shift is harsh, other gears are fine even when cold, once the transmission is warm there is no issue
I found that the atf warmer is bypassed, (it was faulty and caused oil and coolant mix)
And it seems that i can find the parts here in UAE
25610-D2210
25620-B1600
And on ebay i only found used ones

My question is
Could the bypassed warmer cause this issue?, because i dont think 20c is considered a low temp in general.

And where can i find this part OEM or aftermarket

Is it US or GCC specs car? Milage? Last time the ATF fluid and filter were changed? Any OBD error codes present?

US specs,
85k miles, but a bit suspicious if it was rolled back when imported,
Last fluid change aprox 800km ago (recently)

I dont recall my brother changing it before that, but he mentioned topping it once and it was half empty

no obd codes

You won't be able to find the parts in the UAE, it may be on special order from Juma Al Majid dealership or you can order them from Sparekorea.com based on the VIN number.

However, before you do any of that, i suspect you have an issue with either the transmission valve body assembly or in one of its solenoids getting stuck due to debris.
