just ordered and spent close to $300. bucks on dual exhust tips for my coupe and they sent the wrong product. They won't do anything. has anyone else out there had any problems with this company.
 
Nope, I ordered wings for wheels, trunk and steering wheel about two years ago. No problems...fast service and as advertised.
 
yes i ordered rear led emblem the emblems come with no english instructions asked if they would translate answer was no. So I found Korean shop to install and the light only works Half way around. I informed of problem no help what so ever. And the girl that answers phone never returns calls until maybe 4 days later.

Firstly I wish to apoligize to those of you that I have not responded to.
I to have had some serious problems with Korean Imports. I drive a 2010 Genesis 2.0 GT Coupe and have been ordering parts to customize my car on a regular basis. Everything was good until I ordered some exshust tips which they advertised as to fit on both the sedan and the coupe. What they didn't say is that they were for the 3.8 litre only.
When I recieved them I was told they could not be installed. I won't get into all the details but it took 3 months to . The girl who you have talked about I do believe is named Caitlin. Was she ever a joy to deal with. She kept on telling me I was wrong and I was out of luck to get a refund. In the end the only hope I had was to file a claim through PayPal for wrongful advertising to get my money back.
They found Korean Imports to be in the wrong and PayPal gave me back my full refund.
For all of you out there who wish to deal with Korean Imports and pay through PayPal you have one month from delivery to file a complaint through PayPal if they screw you around. PayPal is awesome as they take themselves very seriously and do not put up with companys who treat you like shit.
Take it from me, if you deal with Korean Imports on a regular basis be very careful as they really don't give a shit. They just want your money.
