Has anyone replaced the passenger turn signal without removing air box?

Title. It was bound to happen, but my passenger turn signal burnt out today after owning the car for 2 and a half years.

So title. Has anyone replaced it without removing the air box and just removing the trim cowling?
 
The box on the 2015+ comes out in under 10 minutes.

someone with a small hand might be able to, but it's super easy just to remove the box
