Yes it does seem this way, but the problem I had was all the BS thrown at me. Basically, the rep didn't have a clue to what was going on, so they hung me out with false information for 2 months, until finally they probably found out that they couldn't get the exhaust tips anymore. They stated that they were discontinued, and have always have had them on their web site for sale still. I've made it a point to check on their site if they would ever delete the type 2 exhaust tips from their site since they don't carry them.
scottdk.......I could not agree more. Honesty and integrity should be the foundation of any merchant's policy, rather than the opposite.
If you do not know just tell me rather than being disingenuous. In the end I will have far more respect for any merchant exhibiting this ethical approach.
