  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Window stickers show omission

I was looking to see if I was getting a $200 credit for no HDA and noticed the differences. I have a US 3.5 Sport Prestige and was wondering the same thing as you. The E-LSD was a feature that had some issues and not it doesn't appear on the window sticker.

Are your labels in blue correct since the 2022 mentions now HDA2 and that was omitted for 2023, not 2022?

I just condensed stickers for side by side comparison here's the full ones:

HDAII credit started on late production 2022 models.

If you "build" a 2022 or 2023 GV70 3.5TT, Sport Prestige on the "Build a Genesis" web site, they show identical "Limited Slip Differential" as the last item in the compare screen, for both years. No apparent difference.

Please help me understand, are you trying to negate the actual slip that actually comes with the vehicle that list all its features to a "build" on the website when we've seen that information on that site has been incorrect.

If the manufacturers official web site is incorrect, I withdraw my contribution. My intention was only to point out that if one was to build a GV70 on the manufacturers website, they are the same.

Hey All,

My name is Zach Blum, I am a Sales Consultant here at Genesis of Naples. I had a customer bring this issue up and it had all of us stumped here at the dealership. In 2022 the eLSD was a listed feature under the Sport Prestige package. After placing a 3.5T Sport Prestige GV70 on the lift in our Service Department, we were able to confirm an eLSD is on the 2023 GV70 3.5T Sport Prestige. Just seems as if Genesis is not listing it as a feature on the window sticker.

Hope this helps.

Zach

Thanks, saved me from having to do the same when given the opportunity.

I just got my 3.5T Sport Prestige how do I confirm that I have the eLSD?
There are pictures above. I believe the only way would be to have the car on a lift or crawl underneath to see if the motor and electrical connector are attached to the diff.

OK. Thanks. I'll check it out.

Interesting…

This makes me think that this is just an issue for North American bound GV70’s (Issues with the E-LSD), which would lead one to suspect that the computer program for the diff hated the Primacy’s. Lol

Does anyone on the forum from other continents know if any GV70’s there are having
E-LSD issues?
