Have the prices come down off of sticker?

Have a 2009 Genesis 4.6 with 40,000 miles and would like to trade in for Signature Equus. Was offered around $24K for mine but no budging off the $58K. Has that changed? I am in Houston and faithfully bring my car in every 3,000 miles. I presently pa $667 per month with about $7,000 left. Trying to keep the payment the same or less!!

Edmunds true market is showing $2.8k off sticker in our market.

USAA is also showing sig mark downs. However, I think that we do not have the excess inventories that other markets have.

Stopped at dealer for a wash after work. Told the sales manager I was seeing Sig (2011) prices around 52K, asked if that's where he was. He says very close, $53K for sure. Ftr, he has only 1 each of Sig and Ult left after selling 5 in Nov and Dec.
Said something about "special" pricing if financed thru Hyundai.

Finally pulled the trigger and replaced my 09 4.6 with Tech Pkg that I returned on lease back in April. Was going to get a 2012 Genesis R-spec sedan but got a SMOKIN' deal on a brand new 2011 Equus Ultimate. Approx. $140 a month more than the Genesis for a car that stickers for $20K more. The dealer is one of those who isn't necessarily fond of keeping a $65K car on his floor that ties up his inventory dollars. Leased again and paying less than the advertised payment for a Signature without any cap reduction or any money out of my pocket for that matter. Got them to throw in full tint and an Equus badge for the trunk. Only had it for 3 days but love it! If I were to buy it, it would have been over 11K off the sticker.
