  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

You are going to wake up in the poor house if you try and do those things.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Are you speaking from experience? if so, what where the gains?
I have no experience doing those things. But from what I have seen on various forums, a fair number of those projects end in disaster.

My philosophy is that if isn't broken, don't fix it. If you want more performance, get a different car.

Boooooo

Maybe. Back in our hot rodding days that was fairly common, as was boring and stroking, but I've not seen anyone doing that on present engines. Manufacturing has gotten better also. I wonder how much gain is available if you did the polishing. Do you think they make an intake manifold so he can upgrade to dual quads too?

Today, I'd agree with Mark_888 and buy a different car

Start with intake and bore the throttle body. You will see a modest power increase. Can be done at www.maxbore.com. I did it on my '12 R-Spec.
