Headlamp retrofit - worth it?

I seen a member on hear retrofitted g80? Headlamps on his 2016 I think it was. Is there any benefit to this besides the amber DRL? Are the projectors better in the sense of light output and spread? Or is this a purely cosmetic mod?

Retrofits always allow for improvement. SO much customization would be available.

Ehhhh I dont believe that to be true. I've been around car customizing for a long time and have done many projector retrofits myself. Depending on the projector size, optics etc.. the output may actually be worse than your stock option. That's why I was wondering if the g80 headlamps are that much of an improvement over 2015-2016 headlamps.

I retrofitted g80 sport headlights for my 2015 Genesis. I can say that new headlights are brighter. I'll post pictures for comparing.
