Headlight Assembly Needed

I hit a deer and cracked a hole in my headlight lens. Unfortunately, Hyundai's policy is to force owners to pay close to $1000 for an assembly, as opposed to selling a $10 piece of clear plastic that would allow me to replace my headlight assembly "LENS".

Although I find this marketing technique to be unethical, I still need to get this fixed. That said; does anyone know where I can get the headlight assembly (part # 921023M300) at a reasonable cost (under $1000).

Use your car insurance. Hitting an animal is a very small deductible if any. My son hit a dear and did 4000.00 damage to his car. The out of pocket was 250.00. Also no increase in premiums. Collision with another car or object would have been 1000.00 out of pocket.

I think you were looking at the entire assembly not just the case. You will swap out the electronics from the old one.
