Headrest Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the headrest leather. I want to take it apart and get the wings embroidered in them. Here in NYC they want way to much to take it apart and put it back together. Also if anyone has a high resolution of the wings that would be greatly appreciated as this is what the embroidery shop will need.

The headrest leather can only be removed if the headrest is activated and sprung open. Then the leather can be removed and reinstalled, however the headrest will need to be reset and sometimes they cannot be reset and they cost about 400.00 each.
