  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Is anyone having a problem with the headsets not staying down. I push them down all the way and they rise by themselves, not just up to the first notch, but all the way. I memtioned to the dealer and he said the notches are designed only to prevent them from lowering but they should not rise by themselves. I know this is a minor complaint but is starting to bug me.
Thanks,

Yeah...I don't have that problem.

Mine does the same thing, only on the driver's side. Over the course of a couple of days the headrest will slowly rise. I always push it back down when I notice it, so I haven't seen if it will go all the way up by itself or not. Very strange!

I noticed this as well, and then realized I sometimes inadvertently push it up with my shoulder when I'm getting in.

That being said, I wish it had a notch to lock it in place at its lowest setting.

Thanks to everyone for their responses and the old thread. It's nice to know that I'm really not losing it, no matter what my wife says

+1 I had never experienced this until the Genesis.....as you suggest there is no latch at the lowest elevation.....have to adjust just about every time I enter the car.
