Heated seat not working: 2010 Hyundai Genesis 4 door 3.8L

I recently cbought a 2010 Hyundai Genesis 4 door 3.8L. Driver's side heated seat does not work. When you press that heat warmer button the first 2 lights remain on and the 3rd light flashes. The seat does NOT warm up at all. Anyone else with a similar experience...resolution?

I'm Having the same issue with my 2009 4.6 sedan if I find a answer I will be sure to let you know
