Hello guys I just recently swapped my 5.0 R spec diff(3.53) with one from a 2.0 genesis coupe (4.18) i will be giving the updates...

Let me start off by saying the speedometer is accurate and it definitely, it changes the performance of the car faster on the butt dyno. it's not tuned.
The fastest time I was able to get beforehand was 5.3-5.5 0-60 ( which isn't bad on a road around the same road number as a Scat/RT on 245s) still on 235 tires i only have some light mods , secondary cat delete, k&n air filter, intake flap delete, i have not tested the 0-60 time after differential swapping i will try to tomorrow...

the process it is kind of tedious and hard to do by yourself, but I did it remember use the 3.8 sedan axels...

So update 1# i'm very pleased with the performance increase especially at higher speeds However I need bigger tires i tried three times to do a 0-60 launch and i'm i'm doing one wheel peels he fastest time I was able to get was 5.4 out of the three attempts.

2# the car is a lot funnier worse on gas ️ it's kind of more dangerous in the rain more torque and its a open diff lol but it's worth it i would definitely recommend, im getting bigger tires off facebook market place

The gas mileage is trash and if not LSD converted the 0-60 time is the same whether if you start from second or first a whole lot of power wasted lol i'm like, I said, though it does make it faster.Especially at highway speeds i bought a 3.9 LSD to recover some MPG, I'm gonna try selling the 4.18.... i will up date lol

Nice numbers.

It's fun when I can get the ZL1 to do a sub 3 sec 0-60, but it's always via tire spin (and line lock burnout) ;-)
