  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Thanks Sal.

I have not tinted the windows yet. I would like to with ceramic tint at some point.
As far as I hear, ceramic is the best... It'll look great, keep your interior a little cooler and really help with the sun...

First hand wash after the winter last Saturday. Didn't spend a ton of time on her, but she got mostly clean. Didn't do the calipers or the inner wheels, which I usually do. Ceramic Pro 'CARE' as the drying aid.

Love this car!

Still looking awesome! The wheel and calipers look good from here...

No photos, but I did wash the wheels/inner wheels and tires today. Used my brushes and my new very skinny Exoforma wheel brush for the tight areas between the "spokes" of the wheels.

You may be saying to yourself,............."He washes the tires"?!?!?! lol   Yeah, I do find that when using a "good, quality" tire shine product, washing the tires helps a lot.

When your car is nice enough to be obsessive about, that's just the way it is. :p I know a guy who cleans the inside of his exhaust pipes... :)

HA HAAAAAAAAA
Awesome.

For me it's called "therapy". You should see how clean the Mustang is,.......partly because I never really drive it either though. LOL

I know what you mean about therapy. A nice car is very meaningful to the automobile enthusiast. :)

I signed a 3 year, 15k mileage lease on a beautiful 2023 G70 3.3t awd Sport Prestige Package in Havana Red yesterday. Beautiful car inside and out. I've been going back and forth with the dealership for about 7 months now. (The top Genesis dealership in MA.) I wanted to buy, then not buy, then I was interested in the GV70, then I wasn't. Then I wanted to buy, then not buy. WHACKADOODLE!!! o_Oo_O:LOL::LOL::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::LOL:
Congratulations. A beautiful car. Your dealership must be a good one to put up with your indecision.

About where in Massachusetts are you from? I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona many, many years ago from Sharon. I still miss the Boston area. No snow and no black ice here (great!) but boring compared to Boston or New York. And I do get to play golf year round.

A few years ago I was traveling to and from D.C. for a conference and discovered a Legal Seafood at Reagan Airport. Two clam chowder bowls later, my colleague and I were happy, if satiated, individuals.

Hey Steve.
Yes,.....the dealership was persistent, but not overbearing and they were GREAT to work with. Genesis Of Braintree was the dealership.

Wow, we were neighbors!!!
I live in the next town over, in Walpole. It's actually the Walpole/Foxboro line. I totally hear ya on the no snow and no black ice. I can live like that!! lol
I want to move south when I retire as well.

I know I've said it before and I'll keep saying, but I absolutely LOVE DRIVING THIS CAR!!!!
Especially on the highways. It goes so good. I can only imagine how fun it would be with 400HP and 400TQ. WOW!!! Sign me up!

I get looks all the time in this car. Not many around here at all.

What are you thinking? JB4?

I don't know if I want to mess with the car. I was "just suggesting" to the Genesis people that frequent these boards that giving it about 40 more HP and 40 more TQ would be OUSTANDING in a car like that! Love the way the car handles and drives and just feels. It's nimble and very comfortable.

Yes, it's excellent the way it already is. Though there are always people who need a little more...
