Update button

(Nav) Update button is grayed out on my 2019 G80. Downloaded the appropriate nav update on the computer and copied files to a USB stick. Trying to update due to 3G cell issue. Any ideas?

Owned for a month. Have owned 3 Genesis sedans and 1 SUV since '13.
