HELP my power mirrors stopped working 2021 elite g70

hey there so suddenly at work my mirrors stopped working, to fold and unfold, I talk to my genesis representative he check out the car and told me is the fist time he sees that happening, then I tried to book a appointment to get it fixed, but they told me they didn't want to put the car in services just because of the mirror and told me to wait until my first 10k maintenance, im already tired of this im garage is real small and I need to fold the mirrors manually every single time, and well I didn't pay 3 dollars for the car to not be a lil annoyed

Forget the rep. Just call the service department. I'm assuming the switches are in the right poition as you have been using them man ually.
