Help please! Ping sound when going into reverse and accelerating.

Hello, I have a 2009 genesis with the 4.6. Car has 57000km on it. I love this car but I keep hearing a pinging sound when I go into revese in the morning and when accelerating hard in 1st I can hear it as well. I can also do it by loading the car up with the brakes pressed by going into drive loading it up then put car in to nutral you can hear a click and then another loader click in reverse. It sounds like it's coming from the axles. The driver side is louder and does it more then the passenger side. I took it to dealer and they tightened my axles up to spec but it did not help. I took it back to dealer and they said wait till it gets worst. I think that is complete bs! I have read of the 350z and the g35 having the same problem and guys add grease to the axle near the hub. Has anyone fixed this problem? Any help would be very much appreciate. I'm taking the car in on Wednesday and need some ammo!! Thanks

If the car is still under warranty, then open a case directly with Hyundai Canada before the warranty runs out (and mention that you have taken it to the dealer several times and they have not fixed it).

Thanks you so much that was exactly what I needed. I've spent two days looking for that info. I cant believe I took my car in for that and all they did was re torque the axle nuts and charged me 50 bucks for my extended warranty. Thanks again. Anyone have the tsb done with good results.

Thanks for the help I took the info into the dealer and they fixed it. There was also rust on the splines so they cleaned it up and greased it. No more click!!
