HELP!!!! Someone has to be able to confirm this or not

I bought a 2010 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track and it is certified used. I have noticed that when streaming Pandora via Bluetooth it will glitch out and loose connection to the audio. It shows an error stating "Cannot play Audio". I am using a Samsung S5 phone and don't have another to test with. Odd part is it does not always do it. But when it does it is HORRIBLE. Reminds me of discmans skipping.

Also, my phone in general has some intermittent issues pairing completely when I start the car.
