HID headlights on Tech package

Seems that lenses on Xenon HID headlights are clouded.. thought was just dirty but will not clean up...Especially noticeable at night when lights are on...
A friend has a new corolla and said his headlight lenses are clouded as well...
Anybody have any thoughts on why the lenses are foggy???

They are what is called fresnel lenses. Clear can be retrofitted if you so desire
 
I also wish our genesis has better, sharper cut off like some other cars on the road. How much is it usually to get clear lens retrofitted?
 
I would think somewhere around 300 or so. PM me and ill shoot you a good retrofitter
