  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Wishful thinking, I believe. The Hyundai dealers have an internal system they use, but even at the sales level they don't know where the cars are. Perhaps at the region level they get better detail, like 'on ship', 'at the dock', 'on the truck', etc.

If the dealer has a VIN, they can print you a spec sheet for that particular car. Colors, options, etc., but not location. [That's why dates for the V8 are all over the lot on this site]

If you go to the owner side of the HMA website, they let you enter your VIN, then you can track maintenace, manuals, etc. That system is so far behind, it still doesn't know I own the car. Comes up everytime with "unknown."

Perhaps EVH can offer some insight into exactly what can be seen on their internal systems.
