  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Just had the dealer install badges on hood and trunk. The trunk badge is located perfectly, as it essentially must be due to the posts and holes. The front is misaligned, though -- Maybe by as much as an eighth of an inch to the right... (I noticed a hint of it when I left the dealership, but when my wife saw it (without me bringing it up) she was really bothered by it.) Any suggestions on how to shift this over without having to pull it off and start from scratch? I tried heating it with a hair dryer for about five minutes and nudging it, but it doesn't budge.

Thanks in advance for any input.

Dealer installed it. They need to fix it. Take it back to the dealer.
