Here is a good instuction video. http://genesisowners.com/hyundai-genesis-forum/video.php?do=viewdetails&videoid=25
I have a related question but do not yet own a Hyundai but am seriously considering. I am in SoCal and have not seen an awful lot of Hyundai Genesis Coupes or Sedans around yet but there have been a few occasions where I would see an attractive-looking car pass by and I would quickly look to try and figure out what it was but oftentimes I would see a winged badge on the trunk a la Bentley. I knew darn well that these were not Bentley's but could never figure out what they were. Once I started spending time at the Hyundai forums to research the Genesis I stumbled on to the fact that someone makes these aftermarket winged badges for Hyundai's.
While I believe the winged badge looks a lot better than the slanted-H, I would have mixed feelings about putting on a faux Bentley badge. For one thing, it sort of indicates that the owner is maybe embarrassed to have the Hyundai. I was curious about the thoughts of owners who went this route.
Thanks,
Doug

This is a ridiculous (non-) controversy and makes zero sense. The wing badges are not aftermarket and they are not "faux Bentley"; they are manufactured by/for Hyundai and are delivered on all Genesis' destined for the KDM (Korean domestic market).I have a related question but do not yet own a Hyundai but am seriously considering. My point exactlyIf Hyundai does have winged badges as standard on their non-export models, it is a shame they went with the lame-looking slanted H for the American market. They should just have established a single identity and stuck with it. It would be like Mercedes having the star for their European models and a big M for export, or BMW going from the propeller to a big B.

I did not wish to invite controversy but some of the responses seem mighty defensive. I do not believe there are lots of cars with similar looking winged badges (the only one that came to mind before someone mentioned the Mini is the emblem found on Chryslers). The thing that struck me about the badges I have seen on some Genesis is that the similarity to the Bentley badge is quite striking.
