How are the repair costs after warranty period is over?

Hi, I have a GV80 and read all the GV80 forums, but most of those cars are still under warranty so I don't see much about out of warranty repairs. You guys with the older Genesis, how do dealer and independent repair shops compare with other cars? And is it hard to get anyone to work on your Genesis.
I am not referring to things like Oil changes and the such, but rather repairs like, breaks, starters, suspension and the likes.
