How do I find production numbers?

I'm looking for production numbers on 2022 & 2023 GV70 broken down by body color / interior color. My sisters car was hit and totaled and insurance decided to be ignorant and combative. So where do I look for this info?
( There wasn't a "general" category under the GV70 Forum...)
