How do I replace gasket on trunk (next to rear view camera)

Not sure what this part is officially called but gasket next to rear view camera dried out and fall apart. Is it possible to replace it yourself or it's very involved process?

You'll have to take the cover off of the under side of the trunk. It's pretty easy. There are probably some YouTube videos on it.
