My interior lights got turned off and I can't figure out how to turn them back on. Manual isn't clear.

Do you mean when you open the door they don't go on?

Depending on what model you have, there are either two or three switches in on the roof consul above the mirror. I think it is the one on the right. Change the position and open the door to find out.
 
I have a 2018 G80 and my interior lights do not come on when I open the doors.
Please help.

It's the button cluster above the rearview mirror. I believe it is either to the left or right of the sunroof controls. One of those should turn interior lights on/off and the other controls if the lights turn on when you open the door.
