How long does it take to change ownership in MyGenesis

I just bought a new G70 and i want to register it in my name and use the genesis connected services but it said i have to fill out a request form. How long does it take for Genesis to approve my form so I can use the app and genesis connected services.

I had the same issue. I got in touch with Genesis, provided the info they requested in the place they told me. Then I got emails which I was able to reply. I was up and running in a few days.

If you email or fax your paperwork to MyGenesis (Genesis Owners Homepage | MyGenesis). They should be able to switch over the ownership. It took my about 3-5 days for the entire process to be complete (and the vehicle added in my mobile App).
