How long offer to change tires valid for?

Hello,

I called customer service about offer to change tires to Michelen and they were vague how long this offer was valid for. First they told me it was 3 years and later told me that this number was removed without telling me if it's means it can be more then 3 years or untill supplies last or what.
Anybody has more information. I do not personally experience any issues mentioned so I plan just to change tires when time will come due to wear for free.

The actual TSBs, 15-01-P18, April 2015, and 15-01-P18-1, May 2015, don't specify an end date. However, I imagine Hyundai could set an expiration date without notifying anyone??

This is the email response I received when I asked them the question ...

"We are happy to inform you that the offer is valid for three years (through March of 2018). Once you are ready to have the tires on your Genesis replaced you may then schedule an appointment with your preferred Hyundai dealership at your earliest convenience to redeem this offer. If you do not already have a preferred Hyundai dealership, you may locate one by using either of the following methods: "

3 years makes sense as I took delivery of mine end of August 2014 and I was told I have until Sept 30th of 2017 to get them changed.

i got hancook on mine. just picked mine up yesterday. pretty cool car!

On 7/13/15, Customer Care told me there is no time limit on replacement of the tires.
