How to change GRILL (or grille) on the HYUNDAI EQUUS

I really don't like the horizontal grille that the American version of the Equus has. Although It's not terrible...
But I love the VERTICAL GRILLE or the shark tooth like grille that the Koreans and probably the rest of the world gets
Do I have to remove the bumper in order to replace it or can I just take out the grille by itself?
If I have to take out the bumper........ oh Lord, then how much does it cost to replace a grille HAHA (not including the cost of the grille)

I've taken the front bumper cover off and yes I do believe the cover needs to be removed in order to replace the grille. Don't worry though, the bumper cover is easy to remove. It's held on with some clips:
