  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi there, tonight I took the Flying H off of my trunk in preparation for adding the wing badge. Instead of the glue staying with the badge as it does in the video, almost all of my old glue stuck on the car! Took me about an hour to get it all off.

Now I have the badge off, but there are very light scratches/swirls in the paint. These are just very light surface scratches, i.e. the kind you can only see on an angle.

What's the best way to get rid of these?

I would try some swirl mark remover. I had a few marks as well. The swirl mark remover with medium pressure took care of it for me.

Swirl Remover will do the trick...Where to get it??...Its avalible at auto body supply stores.
