  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Is this possible as I have no street address.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
I'm sure you can, but never had the need, so don't know how. Sorry. Time to hit the owner's manual:p. You can also get coordinates for your current location, and I've seen them, but don't remember where.

The image here is from a 2025 GV70 video, but I would think it's the same for your G70.

Press the NAV button, and then selecting SEARCH gets you to this page. Coordinates is the 3rd option on the left. Like other destinations, you should be able to do that with Voice commands as well.

Bummer, not a feature on my car but thanks anyway.

There's a way to input coordinates on ANY modern navigation system (and probably old ones too). Just research how, starting with your owner's manual. It can also show you current coordinates. Apparently neither option is intuitive, but both should be there. If my garage wasn't like at 100F, I'd go and mess with it for you, but not going to that oven. Ha ha.

On the 2023 G70 it's just the normal search box.

However, I've always found it easier to use the map and then push it to the car.

Watch the video for a 2022 G70

Note "Coordinates" on the screen at about 35 seconds into it

maybe there's an app for your phone that can convert coordinates to an address?

Google maps can.

On Android, what I do is go to The Fountain of Knowledge (Google Maps) find whatever I need. Select it on the screen. Then, click Share (little genomic looking icon). In the share screen select Genesis...boom, sent to the car.

Select Genesis where? As one of your contacts? Lol

Never thought to try that. Thanks
I tried and it doesn't even show my Genesis app in apps to share to... So it doesn't work. Maybe US vs Canada thing? I'm in Canada

Hmmmm...weird. Android version also matters, I am running Android 14.
